Enjoy our 2025 harvest of raw, soft-set midAtlantic wildflower honey spun from the comb and cold packaged in it's pure & natural state in order to preserve it's health benefits and flavor.
Our soft-set raw honey is a lovely creamy crystallized consistency - spreadable & great for drizzling. Use in tea or as you would a liquid honey.
Our soft-set process ensures that your honey remains at a cool 57 degree temperature, slowly churning to create a fine crystal to give you the silky, creamy consistency.
In warm summer months, we recommend that you store in refrigerator to maintain consistency. Soft-set honey may separate if stored above approximately 65 degrees. Still edible, of course, just give it a stir!
If you prefer liquid honey, you can find it HERE!
