Shipment processing time
Orders containing in stock items are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our moisturizer is only made to order. We make it twice a month and ship them ASAP. If you order our moisturizer, you may have to wait a few weeks until the next batch is made. This ensures you have the freshest moisturizer, every time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
