Shipment processing time

We do our best to ship orders containing in stock items within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Our moisturizer is only made to order. We make it by hand in small batches and ship them ASAP. If you order our moisturizer, you may have to wait a few weeks until the next batch is made. This ensures you have the freshest moisturizer, every time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
