REFUND POLICY
At Dulce de Donke Skincare we create artisanal, farm crafted skincare- each product is handmade in small batches on our family farm. We are confident that you will love everything you purchase from us, but we understand that everyone has different, unique skin types and individual preferences in skincare products. Please feel free to reach out to us before buying with any questions, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin. We would be happy to direct you to the products that we believe will suit you best. Whenever possible, we are happy to include samples of any products you desire to try in any order you place online- simply make your requests in the notes section upon checkout. Please note, we cannot guarantee that all sample requests will be included in your order.
Dulce de Donke Skincare does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. If your package arrives damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it. Please send a photo of the damaged items to dulcededonke.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item- in which case, we will gladly pay for the return shipment charge.
If your order is marked as delivered, but has not arrived- we are happy to help issue a replacement package. In order to do so, you must file a missing package claim with USPS via https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm first before a replacement is sent, please note- there are no exceptions. If you need any additional information to file, email us at dulcededonke@gmail.com and we will assist you.
COUPON CODES
Coupon codes must be entered when making your purchase, we cannot apply them to orders that have already been placed- there are no exceptions. We apologize, but no refunds | returns will be offered due to coupon codes not entered at the time of checkout.
SAMPLES AND SAMPLE REQUESTS
Our products are made in small batches by hand. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that the samples you request will be included in your order. Requested samples will be included when they are in-stock and available.
COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS
When using a coupon code, be sure to input it in the correct spot upon checkout. Codes cannot be added to orders already placed, and refunds will not be given for missing coupon codes- there are no exceptions.
