It's bold without being overpowering-just enough spice to keep you coming back for more.  This small batch honey is crafted by Davis Acres Dancing Bees using carefully sourced chili peppers and locally produced honey.  We take our time with each batch to ensure a balanced infusion that highlights both the natural sweetness of real honey and the slow-building warmth of chili peppers.
