Our Wasatch Meadow Raw Honey captures the remarkable diversity of one of Utah’s most beautiful forage regions.

Throughout the season, our honeybees gather nectar from a rich mosaic of blooming meadow flowers, native wildflowers, clover, alfalfa, and surrounding homestead farm blossoms. The result is a smooth, full-bodied raw honey with a rich sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a finish that reflects the unique landscape of Utah’s mountain valleys.

Unlike heavily processed honey found on many store shelves, our honey is never heated, ultra-filtered, or blended. We simply extract it from the comb, strain out natural wax particles, and bottle it as nature intended.

By preserving the honey in its raw state, it naturally retains many of the beneficial components that make raw honey so unique, including naturally occurring enzymes, antioxidants, trace minerals, amino acids, beneficial plant compounds, and seasonal pollen collected from the surrounding landscape.
