pure unscented donkey milk soap
This bar is for the purist. Beautiful in it's simplicity, unscented for the most sensitive skin. Just Donkey Milk, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, and Food Grade Sodium Hydroxide (lye.) It's one of my personal favorites for my facial bar. But, let's face it, I rarely get my pick..just the ends and broken bits around here. You all get the good stuff. Because I'm sweet like that.
why farm fresh donkey milk soap?
Ingredients & our “anecdotal” reasons for using them: (A note to Big Brother & co, if you’re reading this, we’re not making any claims, just sharing some fun “anecdotal” information. Because we all know that using natural ingredients that might actually help people these days is dangerous business.....and we wouldn’t want that, now would we?)
Raw Donkey Milk:
Rich in ceramides, proteins, phospholipids (fatty acids), vitamins, minerals, & omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Anecdotally said to hydrate dry skin, regenerate & reduce wrinkles. Historically it was used for psoriasis and eczema. Cleopatra bathed in donkey milk as part of her beauty regime. Hippocrates recommended it for various skin and health conditions. Our family discovered it's benefits in fighting our daughter's autoimmune disease.
Organic Olive Oil:
Rich in Vitamin A & E, thought to help plump, moisturize, and soothe itchy, dry skin.
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil:
The Vitamin E found in coconut oil is believed to soothe psoriasis, eczema, and sunburn as well as have antiviral and antifungal benefits. Contains 3 fatty acids said to kill candida, a common cause of fungal skin infections.
Due to the hand pouring of these soaps, they may vary in weight from 4.0-4.5 oz
