Three of our best-selling raw honeys in one box — bold, distinctive, and straight from our farm in Omega, Georgia. Each jar is raw, unfiltered, and never blended with imported honey. If you’re new to Weeks or looking to explore beyond the everyday, this is the trio to start with.
Hawt Honey — Our most talked-about jar. Raw wildflower honey infused with chile peppers for a slow, building heat that never overpowers the sweetness. Drizzle over fried chicken, pizza, or a sharp cheddar board. Once you try it, you’ll keep a jar in the kitchen permanently.
Buckwheat Honey — Dark, bold, and full-bodied — the opposite of the light, mild honeys most people grew up with. Buckwheat has a deep, almost molasses-like richness that makes it exceptional in marinades, barbecue glazes, and hearty baked goods. One of the most antioxidant-rich honeys you can buy.
Palmetto Honey — A true Southern original. Harvested from the blooms of the Sabal palmetto in the coastal Southeast, this honey is mild, buttery, and subtly floral — the kind of honey that disappears fast on a warm biscuit or a slice of cornbread.
Includes one 16 oz jar of each: Hawt Honey | Buckwheat Honey | Palmetto Honey
Every jar starts with raw, unfiltered honey from our farm in Omega, Georgia — never pasteurized, never blended with imported honey.
How to enjoy it:
- Drizzle Hawt Honey over pizza, fried chicken, or a charcuterie board
- Use Buckwheat as a glaze for ribs, salmon, or dark roast coffee
- Spread Palmetto on warm biscuits, cornbread, or buttered toast
- Stir Buckwheat or Palmetto into morning tea or coffee
Keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Don’t refrigerate. If it crystallizes, warm the jar in a bowl of hot water — it’s a sign of raw honey.
